President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the multi-apartment residential block to be built in the city of Fuzuli.
The President and the First Lady were informed of the new residential block.
The residential block occupies an area of 17.8 hectares.
