On October 20, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended a groundbreaking ceremony for Digital Substation in Zangilan district.
Chairman of the Azerishig Open Joint Stock Company Vugar Ahmadov informed the President and the First Lady of the Digital Substation to be built in Zangilan, and the power supply scheme of the district.
